I think, being healthy is the state in which you radiate beauty. Beauty to me evokes a feeling of safety, stability, inspiration & joy. It’s a spark, or promise of what’s to come. Holl*istic Beauty is about more than just health & beauty its about thriving.

When you see a beautiful view of the sunrise coming up over the lush green mountains what do you feel & why? When you see the beauty in someone, what is that? What about them speaks beauty? Is it a smile, that glow, the way they carry them self. Or maybe it’s a feeling they evoke in you? I believe when we’re in a state, where we feel alive & still feel grounded that’s true health & that is when you radiate that glow, that beauty. Holistic Beauty is more than just your physical body its your body + mind + your spirit in alignment. In my 6 month program we cover Nutrition, Movement, Mindset, Connection & Purpose. With out balance in these areas one will always override the other.

Movement

Physical activity doesn’t have to be strenuous. Being healthy doesn’t mean killing yourself at the gym. Your body always knows whats best for you right now. Do what feels good & feels like fun. As you get stronger what feels good might go from walking around the block to hiking on trail OR lifting at the gym to yoga on your mat. Practice presence & listen to your body, it will tell you where to go next.

Having fulfilling relationships or a sense of community can dramatically reduce our stress levels and activate our parasympathetic nervous system which helps our immune system protect us against disease & allows the body to fully function at its best.
